Mica Dalton has led the TRAIN Gym for more than a decade, building it into a place where hard work, discipline, and community come together. Under his leadership, TRAIN has grown around core values that drive everything inside the gym: passion for clients, integrity, excellence, leadership, growth, and teamwork. These values have helped create an environment where people show up ready to push harder, support each other, and become stronger every single day.
Athlete Performance Coach
Collin Bivins-Hance brings his background as a former MSSU Assistant Football Coach into every training session. His passion lies in helping athletes unlock their true potential through strength, speed, and explosive performance training. Collin focuses on developing faster, stronger, and more resilient athletes while also incorporating unique movement patterns designed to improve performance and reduce injury risk. His mission is simple, to prepare athletes to compete at their absolute best.
Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Mandy Freeman’s journey with TRAIN started as a client, but it quickly turned into a passion for helping others transform their lives through fitness and nutrition. She believes strength training, proper nutrition, and sustainable habits are the true keys to long-term results. Mandy works closely with clients to break common fitness myths and build programs that promote lean muscle, fat loss, and lasting energy. Her goal is to show people that fitness isn’t about restriction, it’s about building strength and confidence.
Holistic Fitness Coach
Carley Garrett focuses on a holistic approach to fitness, helping clients strengthen both body and mindset. Her training style goes beyond workouts, guiding individuals to build healthier relationships with themselves, their habits, and their long-term goals. Carley is passionate about helping clients develop confidence, overcome insecurities, and create sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to lasting transformation.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Mason Hutson specializes in helping clients improve strength, conditioning, and overall performance while building healthier lifestyles. He works with a wide range of individuals and enjoys creating training strategies that fit each client’s personal goals. Mason has a strong interest in functional bodybuilding, combining strength training and movement efficiency to deliver powerful results.
Strength Coach
Becca Verhaar joined TRAIN in 2021 and quickly found her passion in helping others rediscover confidence through strength training. After navigating her own life challenges, fitness became the tool that helped her regain balance and purpose. Today, she brings that same energy to her clients, focusing on progressive strength training and celebrating every small win that leads to major transformation.
CrossFit & Fitness Coach
Kelly Kleespies is a former gymnast turned coach who has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 2017. As a CrossFit coach and certified pregnancy and postpartum trainer, she is passionate about helping individuals, especially mothers, maintain strength and confidence throughout every stage of life. Kelly believes fitness supports not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being.
Inclusive Fitness Advocate
Olivia Ryan is dedicated to making fitness accessible and empowering for everyone. After graduating from Missouri Southern State University and spending years as a special education teacher, she co-founded Jaxon’s Badgers, a nonprofit that offers adaptive fitness programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Olivia currently serves as Southeast Region Director for Special Olympics in Kansas and continues to promote inclusive wellness through sport and community engagement.
Functional Fitness & HYROX Coach
Chelsey Cross has been coaching since 2016 and brings extensive experience in functional fitness training. With certifications including CrossFit Level 2 and Precision Nutrition, she works with both adults and youth through group classes and personal training sessions. Chelsey is passionate about helping individuals build strength, improve performance, and stay consistent with their fitness journey.
